History

The practice group was set up on January 11, 2003 in the City of Toronto.  Master K. W. Lee has been teaching Ba Duan Jin continuously and uninterrupted over the years.  Master Lee never stops offering his service to the community at no costs.

 

Objective

To promote an old Chinese method of maintaining a healthy life.  We hope to bring our members health, hope and happiness.  This will in turn reduce our reliance on our medical system, and hopefully less burden on the medical professional.

 

Membership

The group consists of people who enjoy and practice Qigong, including, Chinese medical practitioner, acupuncturist, physiotherapist, nutritionist, engineers and university professors.

 

Territories Covered

There are clasess in Metro Toronto, St Catherine, and Richmond Hill.  In churches, senior homes, mental health service centre, and community centre.

 

Activities

Other than weekly classes on practicing Ba Duan Jin, there are periodic seminars on specific topics on health improvement, better diet, and improving sleeping quality. 

 

Our mission

With continuous practice of Ba Duan Jin, it will help improve our physical conditions. Together with more knowledge through seminars on specific health topics, it will help change our living habit.  With a healthy body and mind, we hope people will have less pain and suffering.  As a result more joy and happiness.
