Finishing Set

Swing Arms

Swing arms left and right

  1. Swing Arms using hips, face looks forward throughout exercise, keep 60% of weight towards heals, feet shoulder width apart (Do 50 times)
  2. Swing arms with one hand patting top of shoulder (Do 50 Times)

Rotate Arms

  1. Left arm rests at side of body with palm facing forward, right hand on hips, feet apart, move hand forward like throwing a bowling ball (large circle with arm turning counter clockwise as if looking to left), as arm comes back down from behind time it so the knees bend as the arm comes to the bottom (Do 10 times)
  2. Now rotate left arm to opposite direction as if throwing a ball over head, do a large circle with arm turning clockwise as if looking to left (Do 10 times)
  3. Right arm rests at side of body with palm facing forward, left hand on hips, feet apart, move hand forward like throwing a bowling ball (large circle with arm turning clockwise as if looking to right), as arm comes back down from behind time it so the knees bend as the arm comes to the bottom (Do 10 times)
  4. Now rotate right arm to opposite direction as if throwing a ball over head, do a large circle with arm turning counter clockwise as if looking to right (Do 10 times)
  5. Start with both arms in front around chest level, feet apart, swing both arms down, back, front and above head in large circles, bend knees as hands come down to bottom (Do 10 times)
  6. Start with both arms at sides, feet apart, swing both arms forward, up above head, back and down, bend knees as hands come down to bottom (Do 10 times)

Knee Circles

Rub hands together vigorously then place on knees and massage, feet are together and do 3 circles with knees starting left side (clockwise as if looking down), then 3 circles to right side (counter clockwise as if looking down) (Do 3 Sets)
