Warm Up Exercise

Raise Arms to Sky

Arms rest at sides, feet comfortably apart, breathe in slowly through the nose with tip of tongue to roof of mouth and raise arms upwards from the side of body until hands are over your head, briefly stretch from the torso towards the ceiling, release, start to exhale through the mouth (lips are barely apart) with tongue touching bottom of the mouth and allow arms to come back down the same way they went up but very slowly, finish with hands below navel with right hand into left hand with thumbs touching.  (Do 7 times)
